How Wedibox handles data for wedding hubs.
For each wedding: the couple/host account email, guest names and (optional) emails entered for RSVP, guestbook messages and voice notes, and the photos/videos guests upload. Hosts choose what to collect.
Media is stored and served via Tonta (Backblaze B2 + CDN). Email is sent via Postmark. Gift payments go directly to the couple’s own Stripe account. We do not sell data.
Guests can view and download compressed media; originals are private to the couple. Hosts can export or permanently delete a wedding and all its data at any time from Settings, which erases media from storage. Voice notes are stored on our servers and removed on deletion.
We use a sign-in session cookie for hosts and a signed per-event token so a guest can re-download their own uploads. No third-party advertising cookies.
Requests (access, correction, erasure): the host of your wedding, or the studio that provided it.
